A closer exterior view.

FAA Part 107 licensed Insured for every flight

Boone County Aerial captures visible-light drone photos of roofs, facades and elevated exterior features in Columbia and Boone County, Missouri. Use the agreed image set to show your roofer, contractor or property team what is visible from above.

A USEFUL FLIGHT STARTS HERE

Plan around the question.

Bring a specific question to the flight plan: a roof section after a storm, an upper facade before maintenance, or gutters your team cannot easily see from the ground. We agree the areas to photograph and the level of detail needed before capture.

Roof & building inspections

A focused aerial image set for roofs and building exteriors. Give your contractor or property team a useful starting point for a closer evaluation.

Possible deliverables

  • Wide roof and building context views
  • Focused images of agreed exterior areas
  • Optional labeled image set or visual observation notes

Visual-only documentation. Hidden damage, structural integrity, roof life and watertightness cannot be confirmed from aerial photos.

Gutters, chimneys & rooflines

Document the visible condition of roof edges, accessible gutter lines, chimney exteriors and other elevated features from a safe flight position.

Possible deliverables

  • Accessible roof-edge and gutter imagery
  • Chimney and flashing-area photos where visible
  • Location-labeled detail views

Image quality depends on visibility, obstacles and a safe stand-off distance. This does not include a chimney flue inspection or drainage test.

Facades & elevated structures

Capture higher exterior areas of residential and commercial buildings, including facades, masonry and other agreed elevated features.

Possible deliverables

  • Elevation context photographs
  • Agreed upper-story and exterior detail views
  • Optional labeled visual observation set

No engineering diagnosis or certification. Complex structures, nearby utilities and restricted sites require a separate feasibility review.

Storm & condition documentation

Create a visible exterior record after a weather event, or document before-and-after conditions around repairs. Helpful context for conversations with qualified professionals.

Possible deliverables

  • Date-organized exterior image set
  • Visible areas of concern where safely accessible
  • Repeat comparison views when scoped

Flights occur only after conditions are safe. Images do not determine causation, insurance coverage, claim value or hidden damage.

Solar & facility overviews

Photograph visible solar-panel surfaces and surrounding rooftop or facility areas for asset documentation and maintenance planning.

Possible deliverables

  • Rooftop asset context images
  • Visible panel-surface and surrounding-area photos
  • Agreed commercial facility exterior views

Visible-light imagery only. No thermal imaging, electrical testing, output verification or fault diagnosis.

PROJECT QUESTIONS

Before the flight.

Is a drone roof inspection a structural assessment?

No. This service documents visible exterior conditions with photographs. A qualified professional must assess structural integrity, hidden damage, roof life and any required repairs.

Can you photograph gutters, chimneys or solar panels?

Yes, where safe access, visibility and flight permissions allow. Gutter and chimney imagery covers visible exteriors; solar imagery is visible-light photography, not thermal or electrical testing.

Can you document storm damage for an insurance conversation?

We can capture a dated visual record after conditions are safe. The images do not determine damage causation, claim value or insurance coverage. Share them with the appropriate qualified professional.

What should I include in an inspection request?

Include the property location, the exterior areas you want photographed, any access restrictions and how the images will be used. Scope, feasibility and price are agreed before booking.
